There are a lot of different issues with which a client would come to see a therapist, and there are also a lot of different approaches a therapist can take. In my practices one that worked the best for me is to find the root of an issue and address it.

When for example a client comes to see a therapist with a severe headache, the therapist might use techniques to release the pain, but the headache could be just the issue that comes up all the time. The root of the issue might be as well an emotionally caused blockage in the colon or somewhere else in the body. So when the therapist just works on the headache the issue might return soon after the session.

When a person faces emotional stress the brain is not able to deal with it, it moves the stress to other organs or muscles in the body causing blockage in the body’s natural microscopic moves.

There are different ways to access the root of the symptom. You can either use your own intuitive abilities such as feeling and clairvoyance or the higher self of the client, which is my favorite way. Once the client recognizes that he was the one who found the root of the issue, he has learned a lot about self-healing creating self-empowerment.
